Payoneer, founded in 2005, is a global financial platform serving over 2,500 colleagues and customers in 190+ countries. The company removes friction from cross-border business by offering global payments, compliance, multi-currency management, workforce solutions, working capital, and business intelligence. You will lead operational transformation initiatives across the APAC region as part of the Operations Center of Excellence (COE) team. This is a strategic role focused on process automation, governance excellence, service model strategy, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: - Lead end-to-end operational transformation initiatives, from opportunity identification through business case development, implementation, change management, and benefit realization - Design, implement, and enhance service models, operating procedures, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency, customer experience, and risk management - Drive process automation and digitization programs in partnership with Product, Technology, and Operations teams - Manage cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, including problem identification, requirements gathering, implementation, change management, and post-launch optimization - Establish performance measurement and reporting frameworks to monitor operational health and support data-driven decision-making - Partner with regional and global stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions - Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data, frontline insights, and customer feedback You will work closely with Operations leadership and cross-functional partners to design and scale operating models, standardize processes, strengthen governance frameworks, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. Requirements: - 5+ years in Business Process Management, Operations Transformation, Program Management, Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or related functions - Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Operations, Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders - Strong process improvement and workflow design expertise - Experience with CRM, ticketing, workflow automation, and reporting platforms (Salesforce, Power Automate, Power BI or equivalent) - Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and regions - Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills - Background from a top-tier consulting firm, financial services institution, or high-growth technology organization preferred
