Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Business Process Engineer to join the Atlanta Supply Chain team. The role focuses on designing, documenting, and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes to enable the Atlanta site to scale production of advanced defense systems.
You will introduce process frameworks to diverse stakeholders across Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Configuration Management, and Quality. Key responsibilities include guiding teams through process rollout and implementation, establishing and documenting current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing future-state operational models. You'll create and maintain process visualizations using tools like Lucid and Visio to communicate risks and readiness to leadership.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and influence—working closely with engineers, technicians, and program managers to understand pain points and advocate for process improvements. You'll facilitate phase gate evaluations, shape presentation content, and provide feedback on best practices. Success means fostering adoption of business processes by recommending tactical resources and building relationships that drive organizational change.
Required: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, math, or sciences; 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, operations, industrial engineering, change management, project management, or engineering transformation. You must demonstrate strong business acumen, hardware/manufacturing domain knowledge, and the ability to influence across all organizational levels. U.S. Person status and eligibility for Secret security clearance required due to export-controlled data access.
