As a Business Optimization Consultant, you will lead product deployment, training, and change management strategies for enterprise clients implementing EIQ's AI Workers' Compensation Claims Guidance platform. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, partnering across Sales, Client Services, and Product teams to drive successful client outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: shaping the complete client experience from data onboarding through implementation and post-deployment adoption; providing expert guidance to client executive teams while establishing a Voice of Customer program for designated product modules; partnering with Sales and Product Managers on go-to-market strategies and delivery guidance; supporting data-driven change management implementation; building systems and processes to improve client satisfaction, retention, and expansion; communicating complex product requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders; and developing playbooks to scale implementation cycles.
You'll need deep expertise in commercial insurance with particular focus on Workers' Compensation, proven success driving transformational change management in enterprise environments, and a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences in fast-paced, high-growth settings. Prior experience directly working in insurance/healthcare or serving these industries as a consultant, advisor, or vendor is essential. You should bring an analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making capabilities, ability to navigate cross-functional agile teams, empathetic collaboration skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Compensation includes base salary of $170-190K (flexible based on background and experience), annual bonus, and company equity (RSUs).
