As Business Ops Associate, you will sit at the center of Taktile's growth story during a critical scaling phase. This is a hands-on, high-trust role reporting to the leadership team and working across the entire organization.
Key responsibilities include:

- Proactively improving operations by partnering with Strategy & Operations, GTM, Product, and G&A teams
- Helping shape the company's long-term operating model and acting as a force multiplier for leadership
- Owning key operating cadences and cross-functional alignments

Ideal candidate profile: 1-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or fast-scaling startups. You are a structured thinker who turns messy problems into clear plans others rally behind. You move fluidly between strategy and detail, solve problems hands-on, and instinctively use AI tools to move faster. You communicate clearly with high ownership and are energized by building and moving fast.
