Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion, is seeking a Business Operations Manager for its Production Strategy & Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to move from strategic advising into hands-on execution within a high-growth, mission-driven organization. You will lead consequential strategic initiatives focused on de-risking and scaling Anduril's supply chain as production grows across an expanding product portfolio. Working directly with executives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and Program Management, you will translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured analyses and executable strategies. Key responsibilities include: • Building demand models, frameworks, and processes that provide clear visibility into future demand across products and programs. You'll pressure-test assumptions, quantify uncertainty, and translate demand signals into actionable inputs for procurement, manufacturing, and capacity planning. • Developing deep understanding of commodities, sub-tier suppliers, and geopolitical dynamics that drive supply chain risk. You'll build analytics to size exposure, monitor leading indicators, and inform strategic investment decisions on inventory, dual-sourcing, vertical integration, and long-term supplier agreements. • Synthesizing analyses into coherent production strategy and driving implementation through executive recommendations. You own work end-to-end—from problem definition through quantitative modeling to executive-ready synthesis to cross-functional execution. • Structuring and leading working sessions with senior leaders to frame critical decisions and drive alignment on trade-offs that materially impact cost, schedule, and resilience of the production base. • Mastering Anduril's ERP, MRP, and supply chain data systems. You'll build rapid analyses on tight timelines and develop tooling and dashboards enabling functional teams to continuously measure and act on critical metrics. Required: 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, business analysis, or similar roles where you've had to figure out how to get things done. You are self-driven, proactive, and don't wait for direction—you identify gaps and step in with solutions. You excel at building clear frameworks to structure messy problems and bringing clarity to complex situations. You're comfortable acknowledging weaknesses and iterating with feedback.
