inDrive is expanding its Ride-Hailing Department and seeking a Business Operations Specialist to manage driver operations in Guatemala. This is a hands-on management role responsible for the full driver lifecycle—from acquisition and activation through retention and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
You will lead a team of agents focused on driver engagement and conduct training to develop skills in user acquisition and activation. You'll design and execute strategies to attract, activate, reactivate, and retain drivers while fostering a high-performance team environment.
Operationally, you will monitor and optimize the entire driver funnel (app installation to first completed orders), track territory KPIs, and design action plans to improve key metrics. You'll create and execute incentive programs to boost both agent and driver performance, sharing feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
You will oversee CRM systems and AI-driven communication tools, continuously testing and refining communication approaches. You'll support driver activation and reactivation strategies, manage third-party partnerships for driver onboarding, and execute city launches by traveling within the country to lead local recruitment campaigns.
Additionally, you'll monitor competitor activity (bonuses, offers, market trends) and ensure seamless cross-functional communication with internal stakeholders to align strategies and priorities.
Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and driver acquisition
- Proven customer relationship management skills, particularly in large-scale recruitment
- Sales or recruitment experience with a track record of meeting targets and optimizing performance
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, KPI tracking)
- Availability for business travel across regions
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (in progress or completed)
- Sales team management experience highly desirable, particularly in recruitment or acquisition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and market trends (a plus)
