Gradial is an AI-native marketing operations platform that helps marketers and creatives move from idea to execution faster by orchestrating across martech stacks, workflows, and people. The company is Series B-backed and building category-defining AI infrastructure for content operations.
As a Business Operations Specialist, you'll serve as a critical operational hub supporting both Gradial's GTM organization and internal IT operations. This is a high-trust, intentionally broad role that offers clear pathways to deepen expertise in either IT/security operations or GTM operations based on your strengths and career goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own complex calendar management and scheduling for senior GTM leaders, using sound judgment to prioritize competing requests and protect leadership time
- Coordinate customer meetings, travel, expenses, events and offsites while maintaining organized logistics
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account provisioning, access changes and equipment coordination
- Provide frontline IT support across laptops, business productivity tools, conference room technology and common employee issues
- Manage device inventory, access requests, software administration and recurring IT operational workflows
- Partner with the IT & Compliance Lead on security and compliance activities, building deeper knowledge over time
- Identify recurring operational issues, document workflows and drive process improvements
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Take on new operational projects as the company scales
You'll need 2–4 years of experience in business operations, executive support, IT support or similar operational roles. Technical support experience in a professional environment is required, including troubleshooting hardware, software and access issues. Strong organizational skills, calendar management, and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders with shifting priorities are essential. You must be comfortable with business productivity platforms, learn new systems quickly, and demonstrate strong judgment when handling confidential information. Clear communication, dependability, attention to detail and consistent follow-through are critical. The role requires working from the Seattle office to provide hands-on support for employees, devices and workplace technology.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience supporting senior GTM, Sales or Marketing leaders; exposure to identity and access management, device management, SaaS administration or security/compliance workflows; and interest in developing a longer-term career in either GTM or IT/security operations.
