Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion technology. The Production Business Operations team is responsible for end-to-end procurement, manufacturing, and hardware delivery to customers.
As Manager of Business Operations for Production, you will lead a team of business operations professionals embedded across Production, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Planning functions. You'll own a portfolio of operational and strategic workstreams, managing your team while staying hands-on with the most critical challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, developing, and managing a BizOps team with clear priorities, coaching, and accountability for high-quality execution
- Owning operational projects end-to-end from definition through implementation, tackling ambiguous, complex problems with limited prescription
- Allocating team resources against Production's highest-priority initiatives and adjusting staffing as priorities shift
- Solving operational problems at the intersection of hardware and software systems—inventory management, asset tracking, manufacturing systems, and quality data capture
- Addressing strategic problems by providing structure to ambiguity and shepherding cross-functional stakeholders toward decisions
- Working deeply with data and business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS, Palantir Foundry, Excel) to create insights and analytics
- Executing rapid analyses on short timelines while building scalable solutions for long-term success
- Project managing across many stakeholders, leading large meetings, and managing complex Slack channels
- Partnering with Production leadership to identify gaps, shape the BizOps roadmap, and align work with organizational objectives
You'll interact regularly with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, and Growth teams, making this one of Anduril's most cross-functional roles.
