You will join the Secret Media Network team (a digital entertainment and media group within Fever) as a Business Operations Manager, responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving operational processes across the organization's global footprint spanning North America, Europe, APAC, and Latin America.
Key responsibilities include:
**Process Design & Optimization**: Design and implement operational workflows across the network, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and translate findings into scalable, standardized processes that ensure consistency across regions.
**AI Automation & Tooling**: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems. Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions and leverage AI to improve productivity and execution speed.
**Operational Excellence**: Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and correctly implemented. Document and maintain clear operational playbooks and procedures.
**Strategic Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring operational feasibility and managing critical tools and procedures.
**Performance & Metrics**: Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency (post-production time, output quality, etc.). Use data to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact of implemented changes.
You will bring a structured, analytical mindset with a passion for improving efficiency and scaling operations. The ideal candidate has experience in process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and driving organizational change.
