You'll manage operations for a business line or central function, balancing quick-turn problem-solving with strategic initiatives like product launches and acquisitions. The role requires deep understanding of business levers across program management, engineering, production, and G&A functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning operational projects end-to-end, from ambiguous problem definition through implementation
- Tackling strategic cross-functional challenges, providing structure to ambiguity and shepherding stakeholders toward decisions
