Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) is seeking a Business Operations Lead to partner with one of its Business Unit leadership teams to drive strategic clarity, operational alignment, and execution. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution, serving as a permanent operational partner to the EPDM (Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing) leadership team.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with BU leadership to translate strategy into clear priorities and execution plans; running team-level planning, goal-setting, business reviews, and performance tracking; taking dedicated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives; building operating rhythms, cadences, and documentation to ensure consistent execution; representing leaders in cross-company forums and escalation paths as a trusted delegate; and facilitating information flow across the matrixed organization to enable fast decision-making.
You will drive operational readiness for new products, integrations, and launches by coordinating planning and enablement across the BU and Route-to-Market teams. Example impact areas include establishing clear operating cadences and governance models, owning complex initiatives like product launches or acquisition integrations, and defining success metrics that link operational outcomes to company goals.
