Plaid is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join its BizOps team in New York. The BizOps team solves critical business problems across Plaid's largest revenue lines and most important partnerships, partnering directly with leaders in Product, GTM, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships. In this role, you will own strategic and operational initiatives that directly impact Plaid's customers, partners, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include: - Driving the strategic and operational agenda for Product or GTM organizations, including cross-functional initiatives - Owning foundational operating rhythms such as monthly business reports, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting - Building dashboards, metrics, and success measures that provide leadership visibility and enable data-driven decision-making - Partnering on product strategy topics including pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market execution for new and existing products - Leveraging AI tools and agents as a standard part of your workflow to accelerate analysis and problem-solving You will work on problems that directly shape how Plaid operates, requiring a highly analytical mindset, structured problem-solving approach, and proactive navigation of ambiguity. The BizOps team is known as a launchpad for leadership—past members have advanced to senior roles in Product, GTM, and operational functions across the company. Required qualifications include 6–11 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or operating roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance). You should be comfortable with ambiguity, capable of building relationships across all organizational levels, and skilled at driving cross-functional consensus. Familiarity with AI tools and agents is a plus, as is knowledge of SQL and Tableau. Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS is preferred.
