Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company develops Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that integrates thousands of data streams into real-time 3D command and control centers, bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking to military systems. As a Business Operations Associate for Technical Projects, you will own cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through execution, working on high-leverage, ambiguous challenges that drive Anduril's growth. This is a builder-operator role combining operational rigor, technical curiosity, and strategic thinking—not a traditional operations position. Key responsibilities include: owning zero-to-one initiatives across supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, field operations, finance, HR, and recruiting; working within Anduril's business systems (ERP, MRP, MES) to understand data and process flows; developing analytics and tooling from ad hoc Excel analysis to scalable data pipelines and dashboards; project managing across teams and large groups; and partnering with senior leaders on highest-priority operational challenges. You will operate across both hardware and software domains, bringing solutions to messy, cross-functional problems that don't fit neatly into single teams. Exemplar projects have focused on accelerating hardware development cycles, scaling sustainment operations, and enabling customer-facing analytical workflows. Required: 3+ years in consulting, business operations, strategy, or technical/engineering roles; data-driven mindset with systems thinking; ability to communicate with engineering and product teams; strategic framework-building and business case development skills; builder mentality preferring designed solutions over patches; self-driven and proactive approach; comfort with ambiguity; clear communication in technical and non-technical contexts; U.S. Person status for access to export-controlled information. Preferred: experience with technical systems in hardware/software environments (data warehouses, analytics tooling, manufacturing systems); exposure to classified or regulated workflows; background in cross-functional, fast-paced environments without established playbooks.
