As a Business Operations Associate in the Production organization, you will join a rapidly growing team responsible for end-to-end procurement, manufacturing, and hardware delivery. The Production BizOps team tackles the highest-priority operational challenges to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
You will be embedded across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, Growth, HR, and other functions, working on both strategic initiatives with leadership exposure and scrappy operational improvements in complex production processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning operational projects end-to-end from definition through implementation, tackling ambiguous, unstructured problems with minimal prescription
- Working on operational challenges at the intersection of hardware and software systems, including inventory management, asset tracking, and manufacturing quality systems
- Addressing strategic problems by providing structure to ambiguity and shepherding cross-functional stakeholders toward decisions
- Developing deep familiarity with business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS) and leveraging data tools like Excel and Palantir Foundry to create insights and analytics
- Executing rapid analyses on tight timelines while building scalable, long-term solutions
- Project managing across multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional meetings
- Learning Anduril's business comprehensively through interaction with diverse functions
Required qualifications include 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or business analysis. You are self-driven, proactive, and don't wait for direction. You structure problems with clear frameworks, acknowledge weaknesses, embrace feedback, and thrive as a thought partner translating operational challenges into data-driven solutions. Strong analytical aptitude and comfort with ambiguity are essential.
