Wildlife Studios, one of the world's leading mobile game developers and publishers, is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join its BizOps team in São Paulo. This role offers rare exposure to strategy, operations, and selective M&A work within a high-growth organization.
You will lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem structuring through implementation, partnering with leaders across product, marketing, finance, and operations. Key responsibilities include supporting M&A and investment efforts through sourcing, market mapping, financial modeling, and diligence/integration workstreams. You will conduct analyses and produce clear, structured documentation that shapes strategic priorities and enables leadership to move quickly. Additionally, you will help improve company operations by designing and implementing scalable processes and routines.
The role demands resourcefulness, high ownership, and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You will have autonomy to lead workstreams and be accountable for delivering complete end products. Success requires navigating most areas of the company, building relationships, and developing a strong understanding of the business and gaming industry. Communication—particularly written—is critical; the team operates without PowerPoint presentations, relying instead on structured written analysis.
Required qualifications include 4+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or strategy & operations. You must demonstrate strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality work under ambiguity. Ability to break down complex problems and write clear, structured documents is essential. Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments and direct collaboration with senior stakeholders is required. Fluency in both English and Portuguese is mandatory.
You should be hands-on, curious, and energized by working across different topics and teams. The role offers no routine—you will be involved in diverse projects and ad-hoc analyses, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
