LeafLink is the largest unified B2B cannabis platform, processing over $5 billion in wholesale cannabis orders annually across 30+ North American markets. The company provides licensed cannabis businesses with tools to manage operations, streamline ordering, and accelerate growth.
As a Business Operations Associate reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you'll work across diverse projects and cross-functional initiatives. This is a highly versatile role where you'll parachute into different business areas, identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve processes and systems. You'll combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to shape strategy, drive decisions, and build organizational buy-in.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting ad hoc market analyses and filling operational gaps
- Developing and maintaining SOPs and metrics for operations workflows, market launches, and revenue initiatives
- Leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Public Policy, and Finance
- Preparing biweekly operational performance reports for marketplace and banking business lines
- Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business enhancement
- Improving existing operational processes and systems (CRM hygiene, reporting infrastructure)
- Communicating plans and outcomes to diverse internal stakeholders through written and verbal channels
You'll spend meaningful time on the company's core marketplace and banking offerings. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong organizational skills, and a bias toward action. You're equally comfortable diving into messy data as executing directly, and you proactively identify and own projects in need of leadership.
