Salary: USD 132,200 - 198,400 / annual
Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and deep domain expertise. As a Business Operations Associate, you'll be the third individual contributor on the operations team, reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer.
Your primary focus will be building Harvey's value engineering capability—helping customers articulate, quantify, and realize the business impact of their AI investment. You'll own high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion, including accelerating growth in specific customer segments and driving adoption & usage programs.
You'll translate company strategy into execution by identifying and prioritizing growth initiatives that matter most for Harvey's near and long-term trajectory. You'll generate strategic insights through research and analysis, write proposals and recommendations, and drive alignment across GTM, RevOps, Product, Finance, and Analytics teams.
Depending on business priorities, you may also incubate new sub-functions, upgrade business intelligence capabilities, and help establish KPIs, dashboards, and business rhythms.
You'll need 4-6+ years in strategy & execution roles (business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, product management, entrepreneurship, or investing). You should excel at problem-solving, deliver high-quality strategic and analytical work, and have a track record of driving results in ambiguous environments. SQL proficiency or willingness to learn is required. Experience in high-growth tech or familiarity with professional services (legal, tax, finance) is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and project management skills are essential, along with low ego and high ownership mentality.
