Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company develops AI-powered systems and operates at the intersection of autonomy, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking for military applications. As a Business Operations Associate, you will own operational projects end-to-end, from problem definition through solutioning and implementation. You'll work across functional and divisional teams (Production, Strategic Real Estate, Air Dominance & Strike, Connected Warfare, etc.) to solve complex, ambiguous problems that don't fit neatly into existing roles. Key responsibilities include: • Own and execute special projects impacting multiple Anduril teams, often being among the first called to solve messy, cross-functional problems • Improve Anduril's operations by building data-capture and analytics-reporting capabilities to drive long-term positive change • Work on inventory management systems, staffing & recruiting operations, asset-tracking in the field, and manufacturing quality-issue tracking • Tackle strategic problems by providing structure to ambiguity and shepherding cross-functional stakeholder groups toward decisions • Become deeply familiar with business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS) and leverage data to execute rapid analyses on short timelines • Equip functional teams with insights and tools to measure and improve their processes • Project manage across large stakeholder groups, leading meetings, managing communication channels, and translating across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Growth, and Deployments You'll need 1+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal strategy & operations, or business analyst roles. Strong analytical aptitude with Excel or SQL proficiency is essential. You should be self-driven, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited about translating operational problems into data problems. The role requires U.S. Person status due to access to export-controlled information.
