SpaceX is seeking a Business Operations Analyst for Starlink Aviation to drive supply chain planning and execution. This role owns global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for Starlink Aviation, translating hardware production into active, paying customers. Key responsibilities include: • Own end-to-end S&OP for Starlink Aviation, managing the conversion of hardware inventory into active subscribers • Analyze critical KPIs including active subscribers, network utilization, produce-to-activate latency, inventory turnover, and hardware unit economics (CAC, payback period) • Develop complex S&OP models and decision-making tools to support strategic planning • Translate data analysis into strategic insights and hardware mix strategies to accelerate adoption, maximize lifetime value, and minimize working capital • Orchestrate global supply allocation and demand forecasting by synthesizing demand signals against dynamic capacity constraints, working directly with Engineering • Drive resource planning for specific verticals, executing critical hardware ramp and sunset plans in collaboration with Hardware & Manufacturing Engineering • Enable and accelerate go-to-market execution for products post-licensing and certification • Identify and drive operational improvement initiatives, developing and tracking business initiatives with SpaceX leadership The Starlink business operations team combines traditional planning and analysis with broader business decision-making and strategy, directly supporting SpaceX leadership. The team is lean and dynamic, operating with high agency and expecting high performers to expand scope across the program's most critical bottlenecks. You will be embedded in daily operations, supporting both near-term execution and long-term strategic planning while leading cross-functional decision-making and implementation.
