FYUL (formed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce) is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of the Supply Performance Management organization. This is a hands-on role spanning supply and operations planning (S&OP), network performance and recovery, and quality.
You will own the central performance dashboard and metric layer covering both in-house and partner operations, establishing metric definitions and baselines that all teams rely on. Key responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining comprehensive performance dashboards and metrics for supply chain visibility
• Streamlining the forecasting cycle by gathering inputs from commercial and operational stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and mapping them into planning model inputs
• Supporting the planning cycle with forecast and capacity coverage reporting, plan-vs-actual tracking, and scenario analysis
• Supporting network monitoring and quality through partner scorecards, SLA reporting, root-cause analysis, and capacity reviews
• Translating analysis into clear, decision-ready output—written insights, recommendations, and updates for leadership and operational teams
• Improving data quality, coverage, and freshness to maintain trusted, current reporting as the network scales
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis across planning, operations, and partner performance to inform time-sensitive decisions
You will report to the Head of Supply Performance Management and work across multiple teams, prioritizing competing requests while maintaining ownership and follow-through.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Approximately 4 years of experience in analytics, business operations, supply chain, operations planning, consulting, or similar data-heavy roles (tech/e-commerce experience is a plus)
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable working with large, messy datasets and building models from scratch
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Ability to define metrics from scratch—taking ambiguous business questions and turning them into clear, defensible definitions and baselines
• Clear communicator who can structure information and present to different audiences, from operational teams to senior leadership
• Solid organizational skills; able to serve multiple teams simultaneously and prioritize competing requests
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership mentality and follow-through
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus
