Sportradar is the world's leading sports technology company, operating at the intersection of sports, media, and betting. The Operational Account Management (OAM) team serves as the primary point of contact between Sportradar's growing client base and the company. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support this unit by developing interactive analytical applications, scheduled customer reports, and ad hoc reporting solutions.
In this role, you will deliver state-of-the-art data analytics and reporting solutions leveraging Sportradar's data assets. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop data visualizations and reports for analyzing datasets using Power BI and Excel
- Design and implement periodic automated reporting with scheduled setup and distribution
- Present analytical ideas and solutions clearly to business users and software developers
- Propose innovative approaches to using data for improving products and services
- Participate in data modeling for reporting and analytics initiatives
- Co-create and deliver an ambitious business intelligence roadmap in coordination with business and technical stakeholders across the organization

REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated technical expertise in business intelligence tools, data analytics solution design and development, and SQL database querying
- Solid hands-on SQL skills: writing and optimizing queries, joins, and aggregations against large datasets
- Prior experience on projects related to data management and/or business intelligence
- Hands-on development experience with software or analytics solutions; VBA knowledge beneficial
- Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query) is beneficial; experience with comparable BI platforms acceptable with transition support
- Knowledge of data governance practices and Power BI security (workspace access, row-level security, controlled client data sharing) is beneficial
- Understanding of gaming and sports betting industry is a strong advantage
- Experience with Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, and/or Microsoft SQL Server is beneficial
