In this Consultant role within the R&D Business Consulting practice, you will drive high-impact transformation projects for life sciences customers across the R&D value chain, with particular focus on Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory domains. You will work with organizations ranging from Top 20 Pharma to mid-sized players, helping them reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value through better use of technology, data, and AI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project workstreams end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
- Solving complex business problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva's unique data and software insights
- Mentoring and managing Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
- Driving practice growth through business development contributions and internal IP creation
Veeva operates as a Work Anywhere company, supporting flexibility to work from home or in the office. The role is based in Hyderabad with a global team structure.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven expertise in Clinical Data/Operations, Regulatory, or Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety
- Strong analytical mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS or tech-enabled consulting solutions
