As Business Applications Manager, you will own and manage Kela's core enterprise systems portfolio including ERP, CRM, HR, and operational platforms. You'll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology, gathering requirements from Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and HR teams, then translating those needs into system configurations, customizations, and implementations.
Key responsibilities include leading application projects and system upgrades, driving process automation initiatives, and building reporting and BI capabilities to improve cross-functional visibility. You'll manage vendor relationships and support providers, ensuring optimal system performance and cost efficiency. A significant portion of your role involves user adoption—creating training materials, documentation, and providing ongoing support to ensure teams maximize system value.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and tactical execution. You'll work directly with business leaders to optimize workflows, improve data quality, and implement solutions that scale with the company's growth. The role requires strong communication skills, technical acumen with enterprise systems, and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple departments.
