ARX Robotics, a European defense tech company specializing in autonomous unmanned systems and sensors, is seeking a Business Analyst to design and build programme infrastructure across geographically distributed engineering teams in the UK, Germany, and Ukraine. You will serve as the connective tissue between field operations and central product organization, translating operational complexity into structured processes and clear accountability. Your core responsibilities include: • Design and implement programme processes across engineering, product, and mission operations teams, establishing a Jira-based operating model with standardized workflows, ticket standards, and definitions of done • Own deliverable gates and readiness criteria for milestones, releases, and deployments, ensuring evidence-based sign-off and quality enforcement • Drive planning, tracking, and execution of exercises and demonstrations, capturing feedback and managing post-event closeout • Manage integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, and critical paths across hardware, software, and integration workstreams • Translate ambiguous operational and engineering inputs into structured, testable requirements with clear acceptance criteria and traceability • Govern feedback and change processes between local integration activities and centrally prioritized product development You bring proven experience leading complex technical programmes in defense, robotics, autonomy, or similarly regulated environments. You have a demonstrated ability to build programme and engineering processes from scratch, with a strong track record delivering mission-critical systems in high-pressure operational environments. Your stakeholder and engineering management skills enable you to enforce quality standards and Jira-based workflows with confidence and evidence-driven decision-making. A technical background (Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) is desirable, but what's essential is your curiosity and ability to ask the right questions when engaging with senior engineers. You're comfortable with ambiguity, bring clarity to noise, and establish accountability where gaps exist. Willingness to travel within the EU (especially Germany) is required. Excellent English is mandatory; German is a plus.
