Razorpay, one of India's leading fintech companies, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their operations team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will provide real-time system monitoring for Razorpay's top merchants and enterprise-wide transactions, with immediate stakeholder alerts during performance issues. You will transform merchant key metrics into actionable business intelligence through comprehensive data analysis and execute timely communication to stakeholders during system incidents or data anomalies. You will build and maintain interactive dashboards for internal performance tracking and metric visualization, identify meaningful patterns, trends, and inferences through data analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large-scale datasets
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data manipulation techniques (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work 24/7 in shifts
