The Business Analyst will join the Implementation team, serving as a key bridge between OneVest and enterprise customers during product deployment. You'll own the full lifecycle of customer implementations, from project kickoff through go-live and transition to business-as-usual operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead discovery sessions to capture and validate customer requirements for workflows, user roles, permissions, data integration, and configurations
• Conduct solution analysis collaborating with Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and Product Managers to translate requirements into implementation plans
• Perform data analysis and mapping, working with CSV, JSON, and spreadsheets to align customer data with OneVest's data dictionary
• Design and configure customer organization structures, user roles, permissions, and page layouts
• Execute functional testing, validation, and support quality assurance and user acceptance testing
• Deliver customer demos showcasing configurations and integrations, gathering feedback to refine the experience
• Act as subject matter expert throughout implementation, supporting project managers with planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
• Lead end-user training and train-the-trainer sessions
• Develop customer-facing documentation including training materials, knowledge base articles, and FAQs
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Identify and document change requests as part of formal change management
You'll work cross-functionally with presales, solutions architects, engineers, product managers, and customers to ensure seamless implementations and drive continuous improvement of internal processes.
