You will join the Enterprise Transformation Team as a Business Analyst focused on improving Sales & Marketing operations. This is a hands-on role requiring core BA skills—not an administrative position. You will analyze and redesign processes using lean principles, act as the business lead on system enhancements, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze, map, and redesign Sales & Marketing processes to drive operational efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across systems and workflows
- Lead system enhancements and new feature implementations in Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, and related tools
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system configuration or automation
- Lead tool rationalization initiatives to identify overlaps and propose cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, operations, and digital transformation teams
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify pain points and design future-state processes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and SOPs
- Lead user training, onboarding, and change management activities
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities
- Stay current on trends in Sales & Marketing systems, process automation, and CRM innovation

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or related field
- Experience working with CRM and marketing-related systems (Marketo, Salesforce, Gong)
- Proven experience leading or contributing to process improvement or transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of finance processes and their interdependencies with systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong communication ability with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process mapping tools/methodologies (strong plus)
- Foundations in systems integration or large programme delivery preferred
