d1g1t is an enterprise wealth management platform providing institutional-grade analytics and risk management tools for wealth management firms. The company, headquartered in Toronto, was founded by experienced fintech leaders who have built portfolio systems for major banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.
As a Business Analyst, you will join the client service team providing implementation and support to existing clients. Your primary focus is operational and administrative support, working directly with portfolio managers and operations teams at wealth management firms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide client support on functional and data-related matters
- Configure the d1g1t platform and onboard users according to business requirements
- Oversee daily reconciliation processes
- Participate in software delivery including testing, documentation, and user training
- Build and maintain knowledge bases and internal documentation
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor client success
- Identify product requirements that drive operational efficiencies
- Act as a strategic partner to product teams
- Work with the team to understand current and future client requirements
