EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry, integrated within the broader EVERSANA commercialization platform. This role sits at the intersection of brand operations and AI-native content production.
You will be responsible for how brand standards live inside an AI-powered content production platform—not as static reference documents, but as active configuration that shapes every asset produced. This is a quality-gate and platform-operations role, not a design execution or coding role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain brand standards within the platform: positioning, tone, visual standards, and channel rules structured as platform intelligence
- Create and update templates for email, banner, social, and video formats to brand and channel specifications
- Operate the platform's content generation tools to produce asset sets at scale
- Review platform output against brand standards and channel specifications before client delivery
- Interpret channel-specific rendering requirements, safe zones, format constraints, and placement rules
- Identify brand drift and articulate whether issues stem from brand configuration, templates, or content systems
- Catch quality issues before they reach client review
You will work in structured review and revision cycles with accountability for output quality. The role requires hands-on familiarity with digital production requirements and the discipline to maintain quality standards consistently.
CRITICAL MINDSET: Every team member actively explores AI and marketing technology in daily work—not as trend-chasing, but because clients expect the agency to know what's possible before being asked. You should be actively using AI tools to build workflows, test outputs, and solve novel problems. You experiment before waiting for permission, have real opinions about what works in pharma marketing, and can demonstrate actual work to skeptical stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 to 5 years in a production, brand management, or creative operations role at an agency or in a regulated industry environment
- Track record managing brand standards across channels; ability to identify and articulate brand violations
- Hands-on familiarity with channel production requirements: email rendering, banner specs, safe zones, format constraints across digital formats
- Experience working in structured review and revision cycles with accountability for output quality before client delivery
- Pharma or regulated industry experience is a plus; MLR (Medical Legal Regulatory) familiarity is helpful but not required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Brand standards fluency and ability to translate guidelines into production requirements
- Production discipline and quality-gate mindset
- Channel knowledge across email, display, social, and video formats
- Platform curiosity and ability to learn tools through use
- Clear communication skills for flagging specific output problems
