As Brand Project Manager, you'll report to the Principal Brand Designer and support the Brand team in managing their operational rhythm and delivering high-impact brand initiatives. The Brand team owns how Cloudsmith presents itself to the market, with a mission to build an exceptional, globally-recognized technology brand.
Key responsibilities include: Planning & Facilitation—supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning activities, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved. Programme Management—formalizing brand programmes (brand standards, marketing/comms, employer brand, website) with clear scope, objectives, and stakeholders. Project Management—defining larger work pieces within programmes with clear plans, timelines, resources, and delivering against them while reporting progress and course-correcting as needed. Task Management—triaging inbound demands on the brand team, clarifying requests, prioritizing against business objectives, and connecting tasks to the right designers. Stakeholder Management—serving as the key interface between the brand team and wider business, building relationships, responding to requests, and proactively sharing information. Creative Engagement—helping generate and refine ideas, identifying design opportunities to accelerate growth, and observing competitive and reference brands.
You'll need 5+ years of relevant design and brand project management experience, ideally in-house at a technology or digital product company or in a relevant agency. Strong collaboration, delivery efficiency, consistency, and communication skills are essential. Experience collaborating with designers and engineers, excellent project management from discovery through delivery, and fundamental skills in brand design, graphic design, and communications design are required. Ideal candidates think creatively, deliver commercially, and can work effectively in a remote-first environment where writing is a core skill.
