Anthropic is seeking a Brand Insights & Measurement Lead to own the evidence and measurement infrastructure that drives brand and marketing decisions. This role sits at the intersection of marketing science, data analysis, and organizational influence—translating market, campaign, and user data into actionable insights for product, marketing, communications, and sales leadership. You will own recurring measurement readouts including Prosumer and B2B brand health tracker studies, executive dashboards, and all-hands metrics that inform leadership decisions. You'll lead process ownership of brand health research, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate across Communications, Marketing, and data science teams to maintain a single consistent view of brand performance data. Key responsibilities include: owning executive and all-hands readouts on key metrics and business headwinds/tailwinds; leading the Prosumer and B2B brand health tracker studies and vendor relationships; coordinating the brand-health dashboard across Comms, Marketing, and data science; supporting media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality analyses to inform budget allocation; running pre- and post-campaign analysis on individual campaigns and rolling learnings into recurring leadership views; building audience and funnel analyses from awareness through conversion; auditing and improving customer sentiment reporting processes; managing underlying data pipelines for reliable recurring readouts; partnering with Marketing Insights teammates on measurement processes and research design; developing a defensible single view from first-party behavioral data, campaign/media data, and survey research; and presenting findings to non-technical audiences with clear recommendations. You'll work closely with Marketing Insights teammates, Communications, data science, research vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across Enterprise Marketing, product marketing, and finance. REQUIREMENTS: - Fluency in SQL and Python or R, with ability to move between exploratory analysis and rigorous statistical modeling - Experience designing or analyzing experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, lift tests) to establish causal effects and applying regression, segmentation, or causal-inference methods - End-to-end campaign measurement experience, from pre/post analysis of individual campaigns to synthesizing learnings across multiple campaigns - Track record building and maintaining recurring metrics reports or dashboards that executives and cross-functional partners rely on - Ability to translate hedged, caveated findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders - Strategic orientation with strong curiosity about customer and user perceptions and how to shift them - Comfort reconciling data across first-party, third-party, real-time, and survey sources with no universal taxonomy - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build credibility with both technical and non-technical partners - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in a field relevant to the role STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE: - Specific experience with media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, or lift testing - Experience advising marketing stakeholders on experimental design for live campaigns or measuring performance across multiple markets - Familiarity with survey-based quantitative research (MaxDiff, conjoint, brand and sentiment tracking) - Experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) - Prior experience in marketing, growth, or brand analytics rather than general data science - Graduate degree in statistics, economics, or another quantitative field - Career trajectory spanning BI/dashboarding, applied causal inference/experimental design, and multi-market marketing measurement
