Salary: GBP 75,000 - 200,000 / annual
Axle Energy is building software infrastructure for the decarbonized energy system, controlling hundreds of thousands of energy assets including vehicle charging, heating systems, and home batteries to shift energy usage to times when electricity is cheap and green. You will supercharge commercial operations as the company scales its product across new markets and clients. This is a wide-ranging, high-velocity role requiring you to move quickly across diverse topics while gaining high levels of ownership and exposure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Entering new markets through research, analysis, planning, and delivery
- Supporting new and existing clients to maximize value from the software platform
- Identifying and executing growth opportunities in new verticals and customer segments
- Processing technical information and leveraging data to drive decisions
- Overcoming operational barriers with a 'run through walls' attitude
You'll work in a deliberately flat organizational structure with equitable compensation (1:1 median ratio between founder and team pay). The role is hybrid based at a dog-friendly office near Farringdon, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in-office to maximize collaboration.
