As a Billing Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of the business operations team, responsible for processing payments and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing processes for business clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process timesheets from customers to generate accurate invoices for business clients
- Create and maintain custom reports related to invoicing, timesheets, and payroll adjustments tailored to each client's needs
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate with management to implement improvements that streamline invoicing and reporting workflows
- Collaborate with the business operations team to improve administrative workflows and provide seamless client experiences
- Address and resolve support issues related to invoicing and timesheet discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with internal and customer systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to invoicing and timesheet processing
- Assist in developing SOPs to streamline internal payment processes and improve invoicing accuracy
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Data Entry, AR/AP, Payroll, Workforce Management, or as a Payment Specialist
- Strong analytical skills with ability to generate and interpret custom reports related to timesheets, invoicing, and pending adjustments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence
- Experience with payroll platforms preferred
