As Billing Implementation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of August's Billing product—a modern solution that helps senior living communities streamline invoicing, payment processes, and financial transparency. You'll own the customer experience from initial discovery through go-live, stabilization, and handoff to Customer Success. Key responsibilities include: - Drive end-to-end Billing product implementations, ensuring accuracy and quality of configurations, workflows, and setup - Serve as the product expert for Billing, helping customers navigate setup, integrations, and adoption - Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously while balancing customer needs, timelines, and competing priorities - Communicate across all organizational levels—from finance and operations leaders to community staff and billing teams - Provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering teams, translating implementation patterns into product insights - Lead training and launch sessions to build confidence and drive adoption - Develop internal and external resources to support scalable, repeatable implementations - Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product, and Go-To-Market teams The company values responsibility, ownership, ambition, open-mindedness, humility, and positivity. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Implementation, or similar) - Strong financial literacy with experience in billing, accounting, business office management, revenue cycle management, or finance-related discipline - Healthcare or senior living operations experience is a plus but not required - Customer-obsessed mindset with track record of helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes - Ability to build and improve processes, create scalable tools, and bring structure to new products and features - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders - Comfortable operating with both process and ambiguity, with judgment to adapt implementation approaches as needed
