You will join a 100+ person Care team providing timely, transparent, and empowering support to Alan members. Your primary mission is to help members and business customers maximize the value of their coverage while developing deep expertise in healthcare systems and Alan's products. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering member and business customer support across multiple channels - Developing expertise in healthcare systems and Alan's product offerings - Supporting new company onboardings and ensuring smooth customer transitions - Sharing member insights to drive product and service improvements - Taking ownership of strategic projects to scale Care operations in Canada - Adapting existing Care processes from France, Spain, and Belgium to the Canadian context - Collaborating with Product, Operations, Sales, and Insurance teams on cross-functional initiatives - Contributing to hiring and optionally mentoring Care team members - Working with high autonomy within a small, growing team This role offers significant opportunity to shape the Canadian Care function from the ground up, influence product strategy through member feedback, and develop leadership skills in a fast-growing healthtech company. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of relevant experience in member support, operations, project management, product, or account management - Fluency in written and spoken English and French (mandatory) - Genuine passion for member support and problem-solving - Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to simplify complex topics - Comfort with technology and multi-channel support; enthusiastic about using AI to improve efficiency - Demonstrated empathy, initiative, adaptability, and sound judgment - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment - Growth-oriented mindset with constructive approach to continuous improvement - Experience mentoring or leading others, or interest in developing these skills - Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system is an asset - Must be able to work from Toronto or relocate there
