Port is an Agentic SDLC Platform that helps engineering teams build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle using AI agents. Following a $100M Series C funding round, the company is in a growth and global expansion phase.
As BI Lead, you will own the analytics function end-to-end for the organization. You'll define the metrics that drive business decisions, ensure they are modeled correctly in the data warehouse, and set the technical and organizational standards that the analytics team operates under. This is a hands-on technical role with significant leadership responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define, own, and validate business logic behind core KPIs in collaboration with executives and stakeholders
- Align metric definitions across Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure consistency and trust
- Model approved metrics in the data warehouse to create a single source of truth
- Work closely with Data Engineers and Business Analysts to design scalable data pipelines, data models, and semantic layers
- Lead evaluation, selection, and optimization of BI and data infrastructure tools
- Build and maintain cross-company dashboards and reports that business leaders rely on for decision-making
- Develop processes and standards that scale as the organization grows
You'll report directly to leadership and work across the entire organization to align on what gets measured and why, making you a key driver of data-driven decision-making at Port.
