The Benefits Operations Senior Analyst will serve as a critical operational leader for Rippling's EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Implementation team, one of the company's largest and most important product categories. This role bridges customer success, technical operations, and product development to ensure smooth benefits enrollment and data exchange processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance carriers, and internal partners, owning end-to-end resolution of EDI implementation issues
- Root cause complex technical and process issues, collaborating with R&D and internal stakeholders to define and implement enhancements
- Identify patterns in implementation delays and blockers, driving process improvements and automation to prevent recurrence
- Manage cross-functional coordination across customers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments
- Provide regular updates to clients and brokers on EDI implementation status and resolution timelines
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge management to scale team efficiency
