Nourish is expanding its clinical model to include behavioral health care as part of a fully integrated metabolic care offering. The company has built the largest insurance-covered nutrition therapy platform in the country and is now building an integrated metabolic care model that brings together nutrition, lifestyle, behavioral interventions, and physician-led medical management into a single coordinated patient experience.
In this role, you will help power a deeply coordinated care team, partnering with registered dietitians (RDs), nurse practitioners (NPs), physicians, and care operations to deliver comprehensive, longitudinal support to patients. You'll provide therapy to patients navigating chronic disease and behavior change; support emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs that affect metabolic outcomes; and help ensure patients receive the right intervention at the right time. Nourish handles all administrative, insurance, billing, patient acquisition, and scheduling so you can focus entirely on high-quality, thoughtful therapy and supporting meaningful lifestyle and behavior change.
Key responsibilities include providing direct behavioral health care using an evidence-based, patient-centric approach; conducting virtual visits and managing a caseload consistent with full-time (25+ hours) or part-time (5+ hours) expectations; documenting patient encounters and reviewing comprehensive care plans; supporting individualized care pathways by addressing behavioral, emotional, and psychological barriers to sustained lifestyle and metabolic change; collaborating closely with RDs, NPs, physicians, and other care team members; using data and feedback to continuously improve care delivery and patient outcomes; and serving patients with high standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
The role offers flexible scheduling where you set your own hours around your weekly availability commitment, fully remote practice, W2 employment with 401(k), paid time off, and an education stipend. Full-time therapists also receive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Therapists typically start seeing patients in approximately one week, with dedicated onboarding and credentialing support.
