Raisin is a leading fintech platform connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US to provide better savings and investment rates. The company manages over 80 billion euros in assets for more than one million investors.
You will join the Deposits department's Bank Analytics team, which drives Raisin's growth through market intelligence, research, and actionable insights. This team works closely with partner banks, business development, relationship management, and other internal stakeholders to shape funding strategies and platform growth.
In this role, you will:
• Drive market and funding intelligence by analyzing European and US deposit markets, funding trends, and customer behavior on Raisin's platforms to identify key opportunities and deliver visual, clear insights.
• Provide strategic funding advice to partner banks, offering market indications, deposit forecasts, and growth strategies tailored to their needs.
• Develop deep understanding of bank requirements and align them with Raisin's platform capabilities, collaborating across teams to unlock growth opportunities.
You will be a fundamental driver of growth, delivering timely insights into market developments and guiding the funding strategies of Raisin's bank partners.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience (including internships) in consulting, banking, or financial services
• Excellent English communication skills with confidence to communicate clearly across teams; German is a nice-to-have
• Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar field
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to be hands-on
• Nice-to-have: experience with SQL and/or Python
