As a Backend Engineer, you will design and build clean, testable, and efficient backend systems that power customer-facing features. You'll work closely with deployment, go-to-market teams, and customers to bring features to life. The role involves shipping products as part of a product team, turning repeated setup work into product improvements, and shaping engineering practices and technical culture. You'll bring care to testing, quality, and long-term maintainability.

The current tech stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS. Experience with these technologies is a plus but not required; the company prioritizes how you approach problems and find solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 to 5+ years as a backend engineer at a modern tech company
- High level of ownership and care for your work, with a track record to demonstrate it
- Ability to work with customers and explain technical concepts to non-engineers
