Stepful is a workforce platform training healthcare workers for America's largest health systems. Since 2021, Stepful has trained over 32,000 practice-ready healthcare professionals and partners with half of the top 10 US health systems. Backed by Y Combinator and recent $55M Series C funding, Stepful was named the #1 EdTech company in the US by TIME in 2025. As Operations Enablement Manager for Stepful for Business (S4B), you will own the systems and processes that make enterprise program launches repeatable and scalable. You'll manage one direct report and report to the SVP of Operations, working hybrid from NYC. Key responsibilities include: (1) Owning the scaling of existing programs and client launch operations—leading end-to-end launch and expansion processes for established programs at existing and new clients, including launch planning, QA, cross-functional coordination, and go-live readiness; (2) Designing operational infrastructure for new modalities such as partner-led enrollment, employer-sponsored sign-up, SSO integration, and IT QA processes; (3) Building scalable S4B ops processes for areas like preceptor operations, admissions workflows, sponsorship management, and operational efficiency; (4) Working cross-functionally with Product, Learning, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on tooling needs, program readiness, and client-facing implications. You bring 8+ years building scalable operations for service delivery in startups, with at least 2 years in B2B partnerships. You have 2+ years of consulting or strategy experience, demonstrated expertise designing and documenting operational processes (playbooks, SOPs, workflows), strong project management instincts, and experience working cross-functionally on technical or product-adjacent projects. Familiarity with SSO, IT QA, or platform integrations is a plus. You're comfortable managing a team while staying close to the work and can build structure in ambiguous environments. Healthcare or EdTech background and experience in remote educational delivery are bonuses.
