SentinelOne is seeking an AVP, Enterprise Delivery & Transformation to serve as a strategic horizontal connector across all delivery functions, reporting to the Chief Trust Officer. This role acts as a proxy layer enabling executive leadership to operate at the CEO-interface level by absorbing cross-functional coordination and transformation work.
Key responsibilities include owning and maintaining the integrated 90-day and annual roadmap across Information Security, IT, Enterprise Apps, and Enterprise Data & AI; defining and maintaining the organization's delivery framework standard and leading major transformation programs; running the enterprise AI governance program including AI usage policies, approved tool catalogs, and adoption metrics; designing and executing cross-functional planning cadences including quarterly portfolio reviews and monthly risk/dependency sessions; and managing strategic communications from the CTO to the business and CEO while owning the escalation channel for cross-functional blockers.
The ideal candidate brings extensive strategic leadership experience acting as a proxy or connective layer for C-level executives (CTO/CIO); proven track record defining and running complex delivery frameworks, portfolio reviews, and agile planning cadences for technical delivery; experience leading major transformation programs spanning multiple technical domains without relying on traditional PMO structures; demonstrable experience building and managing technology governance programs, specifically regarding enterprise AI usage policies and tool catalogs; and exceptional executive communication skills with ability to manage reporting up to CEO and board levels.
