Razorpay, one of India's leading fintech companies, is seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager to join its engineering organization. The role involves initiating, planning, and executing intermediate to large-scale, cross-functional programs that drive engineering product development across Razorpay's suite of financial technology products. In this position, you will independently lead programs that contribute to roadmap priorities and technical direction across multiple teams. You will serve as the central point of communication for program status, risks, and progress toward objectives, working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Your responsibilities include developing and managing integrated program schedules, monitoring and reporting on progress, and ensuring critical success factors are defined and monitored. Key responsibilities include: leading program planning and execution of assigned programs (which may constitute multiple projects); driving program definition and scoping while owning the program plan and deliverables; developing and managing integrated schedules with progress monitoring and reporting; identifying and managing program risks and dependencies; collaborating with technical teams to evaluate solutions and support trade-off decisions; and driving program management best practices across teams while mentoring others on effective program delivery. You will work with Razorpay's engineering teams to help them navigate complex technical challenges and make informed decisions about resource allocation and technical direction. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills, technical acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
