Salary: USD 75,000 - 100,000 / annual

The company integrates a vast catalog of components with a digital manufacturing platform to serve innovative companies across the Americas. As an Associate Strategic Program Manager, you will serve as a critical connector between Sales, Quality, Logistics, and Design-for-Manufacturing teams. You'll work with engineers at innovative companies to help deliver complex products on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. Key responsibilities include: - Owning relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting customer-facing touchpoints to deliver exceptional service - Tracking and reporting program milestones across multiple platforms to keep timelines and deliverables on course - Identifying process gaps and risks using manufacturing or operations knowledge, then driving improvements - Championing cross-functional collaboration to boost program efficiency and customer satisfaction - Managing customer change requests and project updates across internal and external platforms - Maintaining accurate, up-to-date program status across multiple systems to support business decision-making - Contributing to and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) - Traveling approximately 10-20% annually within the U.S. for customer onsites, team meetings, trade shows, and conferences You bring a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering with 1–2 years of related experience, or 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience. You have sharp organizational and time management skills, communicate clearly across diverse global teams, and are a proactive self-starter passionate about continuous improvement. Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, or Assembly is expected. Technical savvy and interest in leveraging AI tools and automation is valued. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with global manufacturing sites in customer-facing roles and familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations.
