Their AI solutions are used by thousands of radiologists daily, supporting over one-third of radiology groups and healthcare systems and nearly 50% of all medical imaging in the U.S. As an Associate in Revenue Operations & Strategy, you will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and go-to-market execution. You'll work closely with customers and leadership across the organization—partnering with the commercial team, finance, and product—to drive insights that power the company's next stage of growth. Key responsibilities include: • Drive Partner Strategy & Value Storytelling: Collaborate with healthcare executives and internal stakeholders to quantify and communicate the value of Rad AI's products. Build data-driven ROI models, case studies, and strategic presentations that support enterprise sales and customer retention. • Elevate Commercial Strategy & Analytics: Define and track KPIs across the full revenue funnel (marketing, sales, customer success, support). Build and maintain forecasting models, market segmentation, territory design, and commission plans. Own and support monthly CARR and ARR reporting. Deliver cross-functional insights that influence decision-making across leadership, finance, and product teams. • Enhance GTM Data & Technology Infrastructure: Manage and continuously improve data workflows, documentation, and data quality on the CRM and analytics stack. Ensure the entire revenue organization has access to accurate, actionable data. Required qualifications: 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with ability to distill complex findings into clear insights. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau). Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field. Experience with B2B SaaS; healthcare exposure is a strong plus. Nice-to-haves: Experience with product usage data tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel), startup environment experience.
