Salary: USD 87,188 - 114,434 / annual

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate for its Provider Success team to drive solutions for acute and systemic operational issues. In this role, you will own end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations, working cross-functionally with internal partners to build strong relationships through effectiveness and trust. Key responsibilities include leading problem definition and root cause analysis, using data to drive business decisions that impact cross-functional strategy, developing trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration, and supporting Oscar team members through knowledge sharing, process documentation, and tooling development. You will report to the Manager, Provider Success and work fully remotely, though the company notes that future work models may evolve to include hybrid presence at the Dallas hub office. Required qualifications include 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare; 3+ years of experience cooperatively developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders; 3+ years of experience designing and improving workflows with accompanying operating and technical procedures; and demonstrated ability to manage complicated business challenges by developing understanding and communicating clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Bonus qualifications include knowledge management or training experience in operational settings, 2+ years of SQL experience for data manipulation and analysis, Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification, and strong structured thinking and communication skills.
