Salary: USD 87,188 - 114,434 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking an Associate for its Provider Success team to drive solutions to acute and systemic issues within operations. This role owns end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations, orchestrating cross-functional efforts with internal partners while building strong relationships through effectiveness and trust.
Key responsibilities include leading and collaborating on problem definition, acute error remediation, and root cause solution development. You will utilize data to drive business decisions impacting cross-functional strategy, develop trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration, and support team members through knowledge sharing, process documentation, and tooling development.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare. You should have 3+ years of experience cooperatively developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders, and 3+ years designing and improving workflows including development of operating and technical procedures and tooling. Experience managing complicated business challenges—developing understanding and communicating that understanding to both technical and non-technical audiences—is essential.
Bonus qualifications include knowledge management, training, or content development in operational settings; 2+ years using SQL to manipulate and analyze large datasets to solve business problems; Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification; and strong verbal and written communication skills.
You will report to the Manager, Provider Success. This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia, though future work models may evolve to include hybrid presence at the hub office.
