Salary: USD 87,188 - 114,434 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking an Associate for Provider Success to drive solutions to acute and systemic issues within operations. This role owns end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations, orchestrating cross-functional efforts with internal partners while building strong relationships through effectiveness and trust.
Key responsibilities include leading problem definition and root cause solution development, utilizing data to drive business decisions impacting cross-functional strategy, and developing trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration. You will support Oscar team members through knowledge sharing, process documentation, and tooling development.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare. You should have 3+ years of experience cooperatively developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders, and 3+ years designing and improving workflows including development of operating and technical procedures and tooling. Experience managing complicated business challenges—developing understanding and communicating that understanding to both technical and non-technical audiences—is essential.
Bonus qualifications include knowledge management, training, or content development in operational settings; 2+ years using SQL to manipulate and analyze large datasets to solve business problems; Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification; and strong structured, systematic, and critical thinking skills.
This position is based in the Tempe, Arizona office with a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days in-office per week. Thursdays are mandatory for team meetings and events, with two additional flexible office days. The base pay range is $87,188–$114,434 annually, with eligibility for employee benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.
