In this Associate Project Manager, Research role, you will drive fast, accurate permitting research that powers Pulley's next-generation products and services. You'll own end-to-end completion of permit research projects, collaborating closely with AI and engineering teams to improve research accuracy, speed, and automation. Your structured outputs will feed directly into customer-facing Permit Guides.
Key responsibilities include:

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in architecture, construction management, or a related permitting/project management function
- Background in commercial/retail permitting
- Strong research skills with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and permitting leaders
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
