As Associate Programme Manager for the Land domain, you will own a defined set of programme tasks within the Land vertical, managing your workstream from planning through delivery with high independence. You'll produce high-quality outputs with limited oversight, taking responsibility for tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of programme tasks within the Land domain, managing workstreams end-to-end with structured project management approaches
- Building and maintaining working-level relationships with customers in your area of responsibility, supporting stakeholder interactions and tracking action items
- Developing and maintaining programme tracking tools, risk registers, and status dashboards that provide clear, timely updates to programme leadership
- Flagging issues early and escalating risks appropriately to keep delivery on schedule
- Developing an internal network to draw on the right capabilities when needed
- Contributing to some of Europe's most consequential defence technology programmes
